Payment schedule & cancellation policy
First, submit an inquiry. We'll have a consultation to make sure we're the right fit and talk dates. You'll pay a 20% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. As far as when? The sooner the better but I would inquire at least 6 months in advance.

Payment schedule & cancellation policy
A 20% non-refundable retainer is due for all services. Payment schedules are available with final payment due no later than 36 hrs before event.
Life happens and sometimes, for whatever reason, your event may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Rescheduling is an option as long as I have availability. For cancellations, a full refund will be issued minus the retainer with at least 7 days notice.
